School Production
This week (week 6) we are doing a school production. It happened on Wednesday the 30th and Thursday 31st of August. Our topic was NZ Music Month. We had a whole bunch of songs to choose from. The song I danced to was Slice of Heaven by Dave Dobbyn. Here is a Link to the song. The other nine songs are: I See Red, Chains, Six Months In A Leaky Boat, Sway, How Bizzare, We Don't Know How Lucky We Are, Outlook For Thursday, Gutter Black and Why Does Love Do This To Me.
Does Love Do This To Me was the finale song that the whole class (Ako Ngatahi) sang/danced to.
Before the show we had to make props and practise loads.
I felt nervous and scared. My song was the fourth song onstage. I felt very proud of myself when I danced because I used big moves. When we sang Why Does Love Do This To Me I had so much fun but I was glad when it was over!
It was fun but tiring.
